The cheapest suburbs in Smart Property Investment’s new FAST 50 report – which revealed the top 50 suburbs expected to deliver the biggest capital growth in 2024 – were located in Western Australia.

The report was based on the insights of a panel of property experts and coupled with data analysis, Momentum Media managing editor of financial services and real estate Phillip Tarrant said.

“All these suburbs offer sound investment appeal at different price points. This ensures no specific bias to one suburb over another and reflects the diversity of ‘investable’ suburb locations to suit the strategy needs and outcomes for all investors,” Tarrant said.
