New studio awash with international inspiration
The setting for all manner of Instagram-worthy interior design ideas, Summit Homes Group’s new contemporary client hub is unlike anything seen before in Perth.
The Myaree-based builder recently unveiled The Style Studio by Summit, a multi-million dollar building that surrounds visitors with the latest in design inspiration.
Construction on the building began 18 months ago and, after years of extensive research undertaken locally, interstate and overseas, the doors at 242 Leach Highway in Myaree have opened.
The Style Studio by Summit is an experience like no other, not only for those who are looking to build a new home or renovate, but also for those seeking design inspiration.
Summit Homes Group General Manager Metropolitan Tony Harvie said visitors would be impressed from the moment they set foot through the doors of The Style Studio.
“Inspiration has been sourced from around the world with the styles of Hamptons living, modern edge, luxe style, urban natural and simply Scandi, which are all reflected throughout the studio,” he said.
“Mood boards are scattered throughout, showcasing styles that have been compiled by award-winning interior designers using a mix of colours and textures that are designed to perfectly complement each other.”
The Style Studio is designed to make the selection process seamless and interactive, with three working kitchens reflecting the latest in interior design styles and interwoven with affordable fittings and fixtures.
“Look, feel and touch real-life products in-situ, from tiles, tapware, flooring, window treatments and benchtops right through to design inspiration of the latest building techniques that will make up your beautiful home,” Mr Harvie said.
“You don’t have to be building with Summit Homes Group, nor do you have to have an appointment.
“The Style Studio is open to everyone to come in and explore, where you’ll be greeted by our in-house concierge who will be there to help you experience the studio and walk around feeling inspired.”
The 800sqm interactive space is designed to suit all tastes and budgets, catering for customers of the Summit Homes Group, which includes Easystart Homes, New Generation Homes, Summit Homes, Summit Projects, Summit Granny Flats and Summit Home Improvements, as well as the general public.
