Best place to work winners for the third year running!

For the third year running Summit Homes Group has been named as one as Australia’s Best Places to Work, recognizing we continually strive to deliver on our promise of being “Built Around People”.

“When people genuinely enjoy their job they produce high quality work, so we are continually focused on creating a great place to work for our employees, which leads to a fantastic result for WA homebuyers,” Managing Director David Simpson said.

Summit Homes Group ranked 9 in the category of more than 100 employees, and is the only WA headquartered company and sole homebuilder in this category to make the national list judged by the Best Place to Work Study.

We took part in the independent workplace assessment earlier this year and have been recognized for our excellence in leadership in employee programs, communication and open door management.

Our new state-of-the-art headquarters is on track to open in Myaree early in the New Year – which will also include a one-stop-shop for homebuyers with pre-start, office and selection area.

“We have over 320 employees who are part of the “Summit Family” and we know that a great place to work builds great places to live, so this recognition is actually a win for everyone wanting to build, develop or renovate,” Mr Simpson said.

“We are about to celebrate 40 successful years in building homes in the State that we love so to be recognized as one of Australia’s best is a great win for local families.”

This award caps off an impressive 38 other accolades won across the Summit Homes Group in the past 12 months, including 2017 Master Builder Western Australia Project Builder of the Year and Best Customer Service for the Metro and South West, as well as one of Australasia’s best workplaces.

“It is an extraordinary achievement and highlights our commitment, passion and dedication. And it shows in everything we build,” Mr Simpson said.
