Retirement Villages

Summit Realty have been involved with management and sales of Retirement Villages for some 10 years.

Summit Realty has been the Manager and selling agent for the award winning Springfields Retirement Village in Rockingham since its inception in 1993.

The village was designed and constructed by the Summit Group and was the recipient of a National Housing Industry Association award for the design and construction of Springfields. Springfields is recognised as one of the best value for money retirement villages in Western Australia.

Additionally, Summit Realty is responsible for the selling of units in the Prime Lifestyle Village in Kingsley. This is another village owned and operated by the Group and design work is currently being undertaken for construction of the remaining forty-five lots on the balance of the site.

Summit Realty have also been appointed to assist in the design, management and marketing of the resort style village to be built on the lake in the prestigious Harrington Waters Private Estate.  This will be another village designed and operated within the Group.
